北京地区电子病历电子签名标准探索研究

摘要

In order to promote the application of electronic signature technology in the electronic medical record system, establish a credible electronic medical records, which play its role to improve the medical service and management, we studied electronic medical records electronic signature specification and have achieved the elementary effect. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the application of electronic signature in electronic medical records, expounds the significance of electronic signature and electronic signature standard, and introduces principle, main content, difficulty and strategy of standard specification of electronic signature of electronic medical records in Beijing.%为推动电子签名技术在电子病历系统的规范应用，建立可信电子病历，发挥其对提高医疗服务和管理的作用，针对电子病历电子签名规范进行研究探讨，取得初步效果。分析了电子病历电子签名应用的现状和存在问题，阐述了电子签名和电子签名标准的意义，介绍了北京地区电子病历电子签名标准规范的制订原则、主要内容以及难点和策略。
