经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值研究

摘要

目的:研究并分析经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值,从而提高子宫内膜病变的诊断率.方法:依据纳入排除标准从医院2014年1月-2015年1月收治的子宫内膜病变患者中随机抽取120例,作为研究对象,收集其临床资料.对120例子宫内膜病变患者采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声进行检查,将诊断结果与手术病理结果进行对照分析.结果:通过对照发现子宫内膜增生过长、子宫内膜息肉、粘膜下子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜癌的诊断符合率依次为92.0％、92.6％、94.3％和94.4％,与病理诊断均具有较高的符合率,数据具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜病变的检查具有较高的诊断符合率,并且在检查过程中对患者子宫的伤害极小,是一种具有良好前景的诊断方法.%Objective:To research and analyze the value of endometrial lesion diagnosis by trans-vaginal color doppler ultrasonic in order to improve the diagnosis rate of endometrial lesions.Methods:120 cases with endometrial lesion,which admitted in our hospital during January 2014-January 2015,were selected as the research object and reached the clinical data,according to exclusion standard.120 cases with endometrial lesion were given trans-vaginal color doppler ultrasonic,the diagnosis and surgical pathologic results were compared.Results:After the contrast found diagnosis coincidence rate of the long endometrial hyperplasia,endometrial polyps submucous uterine myoma and endometrial cancer was 92.0％,92.6％,94.3％,94.4％,that was a high coincidence rate with pathology,the difference was statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Endometrial lesion diagnosis by trans-vaginal color doppler ultrasonic has a high diagnosis coincidence rate.In the process of checking the harm of patients with uterine tiny,is a kind of diagnosis method with good prospect.
