基于家庭医生签约服务的智慧社区服务平台建设

摘要

To improve the satisfaction of contracted residents,to enhance the efficiency of family doctors and to enhance the scientific management of medical institutions of Zhalongkou Street Community Health Service Center on the needs of general practitionersoriented,joint Internet companies jointly developed sign,two-way referral,call center,mobile App and monitoring based on intelligent community service platform.The system has run for 8 months.The platform not only reduced the non-medical workload of the family doctor,but also helps the community improve the quality of the contracted service,strengthen the patient's post-hospital management and form a "Contract + Service" closed loop mode.%闸弄口街道社区卫生服务中心为提高签约居民满意度,提升家庭医生工作效率,增强医疗机构科学管理水平,以家庭医生需求为导向,联合互联网企业共同研发了以签约、双向转诊、客服中心、移动App和服务监管为主的智慧社区服务平台.平台运行8个月,帮助社区卫生服务中心提高签约服务质量、加强患者院后管理,形成“签约+服务”的闭环模式.
