语音识别技术在医院临床的探索与应用

摘要

目的:探索语音识别技术在医院临床的应用与发展前景.方法:在广州军区广州总医院搭建科大讯飞语音识别私有云,并在医院所有老年科计算机终端配置讯飞语音输入客户端,研究与分析语音识别情况.结果:80％的医生认为语音识别技术每天可节约40分钟的输入时间,90％的医生希望通过语音输入方式以提高工作效率.结论:语音识别技术一定程度上可以提高临床工作效率,降低工作强度,但还需进一步控制、优化抗噪性、敏感性和稳定性;为了挖掘更大的临床潜在价值,需将语音录入模板嵌入到电子病历系统、超声系统等.%Objective:Explore the application and development prospects of speech recognition technology in hospital clinical.Methods:To build a private cloud of iFLYTEK voice recognition in our hospital,and in the hospital all geriatric computer terminal install iFLYTEK voice input client,to research and analysis of speech recognition.Results:80％ of doctors believe that speech recognition technology can save 40 minutes of input time per day,and 90％ of doctors hope to improve their working efficiency by voice input.Conclusion:To some extent,speech recognition technology can improve the efficiency and reduce the work intensity.however,it is necessary to control and optimize the performance of anti noise,sensitivity and stability;In order to explore the potential clinical value,we need to embed the voice input template into the electronic medical record system,ultrasonic system and so on.
