基于分级诊疗业务协同的区域卫生信息平台实践现状

摘要

Objective:This paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of the current regional health information platform from the perspective of business collaboration,focusing on how to use information technology to promote the implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:This paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of regional health information platform through literature research,and makes use of descriptive analysis method to excavate the data deeply.Results:The current regional health information under the construction,but there are different levels of construction,lacking of information sharing,security and other issues.Conclusion:Business collaboration requires top-level design,enhanced collaborative service-oriented multi-party cooperation,to enhance the interoperability of business systems,and strengthen the security of information and data construction.%目的:从业务协同的角度讨论当前区域卫生信息平台发展现状及存在的问题,着重于如何利用信息化手段推进分级诊疗业务协同的落实.方法:通过文献研究对区域卫生信息平台的建设进行现状分析,利用描述性分析法对数据进行深度挖掘.结果:目前区域卫生信息化建设开展,存在建设水平不一,信息共享不足,安全保障有限等问题.结论:业务协同需要顶层设计,加强以协同服务为导向的多方合作,提升各业务系统互联互通,强化信息数据的安全建设.
