Objective: Designing a position salary and performance appraisal system which is suitable for the hospital information department, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the work of the information department. Methods: Combined with the hospital information department post salary and performance appraisal scheme, design and develop the system we need. Results: Excluding the influence factors of the various factors of instability in the manual assessment, achieve accurate and efficient assessment management of the personnel in information department. Conclusions: The system makes full use of the post responsibility and performance assessment scheme, provides reference for information department of other hospitals on the performance management.%目的:设计适用于医院信息部门的岗位薪酬与绩效津贴考核系统,调动信息部门的工作积极性.方法:结合医院信息部门岗位薪酬与绩效考核方案,设计开发相应的医院信息部门岗位薪酬与绩效津贴考核系统.结果:排除人工考核中的各种不稳定影响因素,实现对信息部门人员精确高效的考核管理.结论:系统充分发挥了信息部门岗位薪酬与绩效考核方案的优良作用,为其他医院信息部门绩效管理工作提供参考.
