基于信息化实现移动护理中输液及输血闭环管理

摘要

Objective: To ensure the safety of patients, improve the work efficiency of nurses, standardize nursing behavior and improve nursing management in mobile nursing information system. Methods: Information technology, in patients with identity check, infusion and blood transfusion key link, data real-time recording, and through the CDR to show closed loop. Results: A closed loop link was formed in the process of nursing treatment. Conclusion: It is important to improve the quality of nursing management and improve the quality of nursing management by means of closed loop management of the whole process of bedside nursing.%目的:在移动护理信息系统中加入闭环流程管理,保证患者安全,提高护士的工作效率,规范护理行为、提高护理管理.方法:通过信息技术,在患者身份核对,输液及输血关键环节,进行数据实时记录,并通过CDR进行展现闭环.结果:使护理治疗过程形成一个闭环链路,通过闭环进一步分析,促进管理.结论:通过闭环管理对床旁护理的全过程实现监管,对提高护理工作质量,提升护理管理质量有重要意义.
