计算机辅助股骨干骨折治疗研究进展

         

摘要

股骨干骨折的治疗经历了从保守治疗到切开复位钢板固定,再到微创闭合复位髓内钉内固定的过程;但目前认为是金标准的髓内钉内固定术仍然存在着术中医生和患者的辐射及旋转畸形等问题;计算机辅助骨科手术的出现,凭着智能、微创、精准等基本特性,有力地改善了传统骨科手术损伤大、辐射量高、操作不精确等不足,必将展现出巨大的应用价值.%The treatment of femoral shaft fracture has changed from conservative therapy to open reduction and steel plate fixation, and then to minimaly invasive surgery with closed reduction and intramedulary nail fixation. However, there are a lot of problems occurred during intramedulary nail fixation, which is considered to be the "gold standard" surgery, such as intraoperative radio action of doctor and patient, rotation deformity. For the past few years, computer assisted orthopaedic surgery has appeared and developed rapidly, it has improved the shortage of traditional surgery effectively like serious injury, radioactive exposure and inaccurate procedure through inteligent design, minimal invasion and precision, thus showing great potential application value in femoral shaft fracture.
