This paper designs a set of hospital information service performance management methods,in view of the requirements of the new medical reform,combined with the needs of our hospital information service performance management.Based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard,this paper uses the methods of key performance indicators,360-degree assessment and benchmarking management to construct an objective analysis method that can reflect the various aspects of hospital information work in order to improve the hospital information service ability.Through the information technology,to achieve the relevant business data intelligent collection,organizational performance as much as possible to make an accurate assessment,and the formation of knowledge base.Improve the management level of hospital information work.%针对新医改的要求,结合医院信息工作绩效管理的需求,提出了一套医院信息工作绩效管理方法.该方法以提高医院信息化服务能力为导向,基于平衡积分卡理论,综合运用关键绩效指标法、360度考核法和标杆管理法等多种绩效管理方法,构建能够客观反映医院信息工作各个环节的绩效管理体系.通过信息技术,实现相关业务数据的智能采集,对组织绩效尽可能做出准确评估,并形成知识库,提升医院信息工作的管理水平.
