基于有线数字电视平台的公共电子信息发布系统设计与实现

摘要

介绍了在单向有线广播电视网络条件下,如何利用有线数字电视平台技术优势设计开发公共电子信息发布系统,实现各类社会紧急公共信息和政府重要公告信息的快速、有效和安全发布,同时阐述了有线数字电视平台公共电子信息发布系统相对于其他公共信息发布方式的优势。%In the one-way cable broadcast television network conditions,this paper presents the public electronic message issuance system based on the technological superiority of cable digital television platform,in which all kinds of the social emergency public information and the government important messages are issued quickly efficiently and securely.Meanwhile,this paper presents the advantage of public electronic message issuance system relative to other message issuance methods.
