The building and maintain of sub-head system for digital TV process in county and district is dis-cussed .The features of different program sources ,which are processed respectively ,are analyzed .How to guar-antee those technical parameter in local program multiplex are related toand the consistency of EPG are tou -ched explicitly .%讨论地市级分前端系统构成与维护，分析不同节目源的特点及后续处理方法，结合本地节目插入对技术指标保障作具体分析，并就EPG信息的统一规划进行细致论述。
