广电网络工程建设中项目管理的实施

Radio and television networks in the engineering management , project management work to ensure the project successfully completed has positive significance;it is also an important part of promoting the project benefit .Combined with Jiangsu Broadcasting Cable Information Network of Yixing branch carry out the practice of project management in the cable TV network engineering construction ,to discuss the importance of project management in radio and television engineering ,focuses on the application of WBS in the construction ,progress and cost management content .%广电网络工程建设中，项目管理对保证工程顺利完工具有积极意义，同时它也是促进项目工程效益提升的重要环节。结合宜兴有线电视网络工程建设中项目管理运作实践，针对项目管理在广电工程中的重要性进行探讨，重点介绍工程WBS分解结构、进度、成本等管理方面的应用内容。
