基于广电网络的社会治安动态视频监控系统

摘要

Along with the progressing of three networks integration ( the integration of telecommunications net-works, cable TV networks and the internet) , TV networks win great development. And the reform strength of two-way nets brings very good network base for launching value-added broadcast&TV service. In this pa-per , analysis to police cameras and surveillance network engineering design and implementation gives some di-rection to the integrated development of broadcast&TV service, and provides some ideas methods for launch-ing out other value-added service.%随着三网融合的推进,广播电视网也随之得到了迅猛发展,特别是近几年双向网改造的力度,为广电开展增值业务提供了良好的网络基础. 通过对公安动态视频监控专网工程的设计和实施进行分析,为广电在全方位业务发展上做一些探索,也为更好地开展其他增值业务提供一些思路.
