加强区域合作推动长江经济带农业融合发展

摘要

It is not only a significant entry point for the economic integration development of the provinces and cities along the Yangtze River, but also the objective requirement of the development of modern agriculture in those provinces and cities to seize opportunities in constructing Yangtze River economic belt, and focus on the produc-tion, distribution and warehousing of high-end agricultural and sideline products, as well as village tourism devel-opment, new products research, technology promotion, and ecological agricultural construction. The prerequisite to the agricultural integration and development in provinces and cities along the Yangtze River includes: establishing coordinating organizations for agricultural integration, undertaking mid-long term plans, vigorously promoting the infrastructure construction, and actively supporting the industry alliance.%抓住长江经济带建设的历史机遇，把高端农副产品生产、农副产品物流、仓储和配送、乡村旅游开发、新产品研发和新技术推广，以及生态型农业建设作为沿江省市农业融合发展的重点方向与内容，不仅是沿江省市经济融合发展的重要切入点，也体现了沿江省市现代农业发展的客观要求。建立沿江省市农业融合发展的组织协调机构、科学制定沿江省市农业融合发展的中长期规划、不断完善沿江省市农业融合发展的基础设施、积极支持沿江省市农业融合发展的产业联盟建设，是推动沿江省市农业融合发展的前提和必要保障。
