湖南省奶牛养殖现状调研报告

摘要

为全面了解湖南省奶牛养殖状况,系统剖析制约湖南省奶牛养殖提质增效的瓶颈,湖南农业大学动物科学技术学院会同农业部奶牛科技入户专家组针对湖南省奶牛养殖情况进行了调研.通过对养殖场(小区、户)、乳品企业和生鲜奶收购站的访谈和对奶牛日粮成分的抽样检测,深刻挖掘了湖南省奶牛养殖中的问题,提出了奶牛养殖提质增效的建议.%In order to find out dairy cows raising status perfectly and analyse the bottle neck of increasing the milk quality and benefit of dairy cows raising in Hunan Province, College of Animai Science and Technology of Hunan Agricultural University have investigated the dairy cows raising status of Hunan Province associated with dairy cows professor teams of China Agricultual Ministry who extending agricultural Sci-Tech into households. Through interviewing dairy farms(community and farmers), milk processing enterprise and raw milk collection stations and determing the samples of dairy cows diets, the problems on dairy cows raising of Hunan Province are exposed and the suggestion how to increasing the milk quality and benefit are brought out.
