Buffalo milk is the second pillar of China＇s dairy industry. It has important strategic significance to develop buffalo breeding in the southern region, improve the development of animal husbandry and famer＇s income. In this study, the milk industry development status, potential from opportunities, conditions and prioity illuminates in Yunnanwere reviewed.%奶水牛业是我国奶业的第二大支柱产业,在南方地区发展奶水牛养殖,对于促进南方畜牧业发展,提高农民经济收入具有重要的战略意义。本文深入分析了云南奶业现状,从机遇、条件和优势等方面阐明了云南发展奶水牛业的潜力。
