增加新产牛挤奶次数对奶牛泌乳性能和产后健康的影响

         

摘要

After calving, milk yield of cows will begin to rise and reach to the peak after 40 days. However, the day mater intake (DMI) is not up to the peak at this time, so fresh cow is in a state of negative energy balance, and the weight loss is serious, which lead to the rising of postpartum disease rate. The aids of this experiment is to discuss the inlfuence of milking 4 times for fresh cows on milking production. The result of the experiment indicates that the average daily milk production of milking four times in ifrstborn of cows is by 1.06kg higher than milking three times, and in multiparous cows is by 0.90kg higher. The 305 day milk yield after correction in the ifrstborn cows increased 311kg(3.3%) according to one more milking time, and in multiparous cows increased 278kg(3.0%). The peak day of milk production for the experimental group is by 3 days shorter than the control group. Multiparous cows in the experimental group is 11.21days shorter than the control group, which have a extremely significant difference. The milk peak of the text team increases 1.08kg than the control group, 0.59kg increased of multiparous cows. The incidence of diseases is lower than that of the control group. After the end of the perinatal period, the body condition decreased between the test group and the control group have no signiifcant difference.%奶牛在产后40d左右达到产奶高峰,但是由于此时的采食量达不到高峰值,因此新产牛处于能量负平衡状态,失重较快,由此也引起产后疾病发病率的上升。产后疾病以及新产牛高峰日过长等一系列问题是困扰奶牛场养殖的重要问题。本研究通过增加新产牛只挤奶次数,探究其对奶牛泌乳性能和产后健康的影响。结果显示:(1)头胎牛、经产牛4次挤奶的平均日产奶量比3次挤奶分别高1.06kg、0.90kg。根据本胎次产奶量校正后的305d产奶量,头胎牛增加311kg,增加了3.3%;经产牛增加278kg,增加了3.0%。(2)头胎牛、经产牛4次挤奶的高峰日达到时间比3次挤奶分别提前了3d(差异不显著)、11.21d(差异极显著),说明经产牛产后4次挤奶比3次挤奶能够有效缩短高峰日到达时间。(3)头胎牛、经产牛4次挤奶的高峰奶日产量比3次挤奶分别增加了1.08kg、0.59kg。(4)新产牛4次挤奶产后疾病的发病率比3次挤奶低。(5)4次挤奶奶牛的围产期结束后的体况下降情况,与3次挤奶相比无明显差异。
