The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of constant music, fast music, and slow music on the performance of dairy cows. A total of 32 Holstein cows with the similar age, parity and milk yield were randomly divided into 2 groups of 16 cows. The control group were fed with the same experimental group, but there was no music for the control group. The test is divided into 3 phases, each lasts 40 days, every two had a 7d interval. Milk samples were collected every 20 days to determine the daily yield. The results of this experiment showed that in 20d, 40d, the whole period, constant speed music group, fast music group, slow music group, content of milk fat, milk protein content, lactose content was higher than the control group, the difference was not signiifcant (P>0.05). Music can reduce the somatic cell counts in the milk of dairy cows, improve the milk fat, milk protein content, lactose content.%为了研究常速、快速、慢速音乐对奶牛乳成分和乳体细胞数的影响,进行3期试验,各期各选取年龄、胎次、产奶量相近的健康荷斯坦牛32头,随机分成2组,每组16头。对照组不播放音乐,各试验组分别播放常速、快速、慢速梁祝钢琴曲。每期试验40d,每两期中间间隔7d。每20d采集奶样1次,测定乳成分和乳体细胞数。结果表明:在试验第20天、40天和整个试验期,常速音乐组、快速音乐组、慢速音乐组的乳脂率、乳糖率、乳蛋白率均高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05);3个试验组的乳体细胞数均低于对照组,但亦未达显著水平(P>0.05)。说明播放音乐有降低奶牛牛乳中体细胞数和提高乳脂率、乳蛋白率、乳糖率的趋势,但影响有限。
