奶牛常见卵巢功能障碍诊断技术研究

摘要

卵巢功能障碍是奶牛繁殖上常见的一种现象,主要包括母牛的卵巢囊肿、排卵延迟、卵巢静止和持久黄体等类型.其常常引起奶牛发情周期紊乱,配种次数增加,进而引起产犊间隔延长,严重影响了奶牛繁殖力.由于造成卵巢功能障碍的原因复杂,障碍类型各异,给诊断和治疗带来一定的困难.近年来,B超诊断技术在不断提高,可实时显示卵巢、卵泡的状态,且具有方便、快捷和准确率高等优点.因此,本文就围绕这几种常见奶牛卵巢功能障碍的症状,结合直肠检查和B超诊断等方法对主要的卵巢功能障碍进行诊断综述,以供同行参考.%The ovarian dysfunction often cause disorder of estrus cycle, increased the number of matches, and lengthened the calving interval, seriously affect the fertility of dairy cows. The reasons of ovarian dysfunction are complicated, various types bring many difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian dysfunction. In recent years, B mode ultrasound diagnosis technology has the advantages of rapid, convenient and high accuracy rate, which can provide the real-time information of ovarian and follicular. Therefore, this article reviews the common symptoms of dairy cows ovarian dysfunction, and combined with the rectal examination and B mode ultrasound diagnosis methods in ovarian dysfunction for peer reference.
