In recent years, dairy farm management and cows' performance were dramatically improved in China, the cow comfort is being more and more focused on by farmers. However, the comfort of transition cows, as the most critical period in the whole production cycle of cows, has not been paid enough attention to. This article discussed the influence of design and management of trough and free stall, group transfer/regrouping, other stress of close-up cow on heathy and performance of postpartum cows. In the process, the author also recommended some feasible suggestions on how to improve the perinatal cows comfort combining author's own experience.%随着中国牧场饲养管理水平及奶牛生产性能的快速提高,牧场管理者对奶牛的舒适度越来越重视.但作为奶牛整个生产周期中最为关键的围产期的舒适度并没有受到足够的重视.本文从料槽/卧床设计及管理、转群、应激等多个方面论述了舒适度对围产期奶牛的影响,并结合笔者多年工作经验提出了改善围产期奶牛舒适度的可行性建议.
