Living bacteria preparation as a kind of new green feed additives, the use of it not only overcomes the negative effects of the antibiotics, its development and application of aquaculture development also has played a positive role in promoting. This article mainly summarized several aspects which include rumen microorganism and its control measures, the mechanism of the living bacteria preparation and its influence on ruminants the main problems of the current and future application, in order to provide a better theoretical support for the understanding and application of the additive.%活菌制剂作为一种新型的绿色饲料添加剂,它的使用不仅克服了抗生素所带来的诸多负面影响,而且其开发和应用对养殖业的发展起到了积极的推动作用.本文主要从瘤胃微生物及其调控措施、活菌制剂的作用机理及其对反刍动物的影响、目前存在的主要问题和未来的应用前景几个方面进行综述,以期为更好地了解和应用此类添加剂提供更多的理论支持.
