不同药剂处理甜瓜果斑病带菌种子对幼苗的防病效果

         

摘要

为筛选出有效防治细菌性果斑病的种子处理剂,选用BX6(有机铜类)、九醋酮等9种新型杀菌剂及3%噻霉酮、双氧水、苏纳米等8种常用杀菌剂,采用平板抑菌圈法比较其抑菌效果,并观测比较其中的有效处理对甜瓜幼苗发病情况及生长的影响.结果表明,平板抑菌试验中,抑菌效果表现最好的是过氧乙酸(1∶50倍液),其余依次是30%双氧水(1∶50倍液)、BX6(原液)、硝钾铜(原液)、九醋酮(原液)、苏纳米.从药剂的抑菌效果、种子出苗率及幼苗生长综合表现看,BX6(原液)处理20~30 min表现最佳,防治效果为72.2%~78.8%;其次是过氧乙酸(1∶50倍液)处理20~30 min,防治效果为71.5%~72.2%;双氧水(1∶50倍液)处理30 min,防治效果达71.5%.综上认为,BX6、过氧乙酸、双氧水在试验中防病效果较佳,可作为生产中防治甜瓜细菌性果斑病的种子处理剂.%Bacterial fruit blotch (BFB) of cucurbits is serious seed-borne diseases,seed treatment is an effective measure to avoid the occurrence of seed and seedling diseases prevention and control.The effective chemical for preventing and controlling bacterial fruit blotch were tested.Nine kinds of new bactericides (BX6,"JiuCuTong"etc),and 8 kinds of commonly used bactericides (3% Tethiamethoxam,hydrogen peroxide,etc) were tested.The bacteriostatic effect of these chemicals were compared by used with tablet bacteriostatic circle method.The effects on the incidence and growth of seedlings of melon inoculated seeds treated with 5 chemicals were observed and compared.In the tablet bacteriostatic experiment,peracetic acid (1 ∶ 50) is the best of bacteriostatic effect,the rest in turn is 30% hydrogen peroxide (1 ∶ 50),BX6 (stock solution),"XIAOJIATONG" (1 ∶ 50),"JiuCuTong" (stock),Tsunami (1 ∶ 50).on the whole,the test results of 5 chemicals treatment in the control effect,seed germination rate and seedling growth,it showed that chemical BX6 (stock solution) treated for 20-30 min was the best in the control effect,reached 72.2%-78.8%,followed by peracetic acid (1 ∶ 50) treatment for 20-30 min,with 71.5%-72.2% efficacy,hydrogen peroxide (1 ∶ 50) treatment for 30min,the with 71.5% efficacy.The results showed that the BX6,peracetic acid,hydrogen peroxide 3 kinds of bactericides had better effect of preventing disease,and could be considered as the seed treatment agent to control the bacterial fruit blotch.
