密植切割再生对海南越夏水培生菜生理生长的影响

         

摘要

以9个不同类型的生菜为试材,采用密植的方法进行越夏切割再生水培,观测了切割再生对不同类型生菜的形态、品质、生理及再生能力与产量等指标的影响.结果表明,直立型生菜和奶油型生菜形态指标表现最好;从生理和品质指标来看,以直立型生菜表现最佳,其次为奶油生菜与软尾生菜;从切割再生能力及产量来看,以直立型生菜、奶油生菜表现最佳,可以连续切割3次以上,每m2产量分别达到5.160、4.796 kg.综合各指标来看,采用密植的方法对越夏水培生菜进行切割再生栽培,可以提高生菜在高温季节的复种指数,提高单产;适宜在海南地区进行切割再生栽培的越夏水培生菜类型是直立型生菜和奶油生菜.%In order to ascertain the influence of cutting regeneration technique at high density on physiological growth of oversummering hydroponics lettuce in Hainan,nine types of lettuces were taken as materials and were compared by the index of morphology,quality,physiology,regeneration capability and yield.The results showed that vertical lettuce and butter lettuce are the best from the morphological indicators.In terms of the index of physiology,quality,regeneration capability and yield of plant,vertical lettuce was the best variety,followed by butter lettuce.These two lettuce types could be harvested 3 times in continuous,and their yields could reach to 5.16,4.80 kg·m-2 within 50 days respectively.'Italy upright lettuce'and 'Naiyou lettuce'are the best cut-resistant lettuce varieties planting at high density of oversummering hydroponics in Hainan.
