我院头孢类抗菌药物的使用及皮试阳性情况分析

摘要

目的：调查分析我院住院患者2012年1月～2013年12月注射用头孢类抗菌药物的使用及皮肤试敏情况。方法运用统计学方法，统计选择应用头孢类抗菌药物原液进行皮试的住院病例（例），分析皮试阳性率。结果11个品种19个规格的头孢类抗菌药物注射剂总体平均阳性率为1.94％。不同品种、规格的头孢类抗菌药物皮试阳性率存在差异，皮试为阴性的患者用药后基本未发生药物不良反应。结论头孢类抗菌药物皮试阳性率不容忽视，目前拟采用浓度为500μg/ml 原药液进行皮试。%Objective Investigate and analyse the use of cephalosporin antibiotic and skin test in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012. Methods Using statistical methods, chose the clinical data of skin test using cephalosporin antibiotic and analysed positive rate of skin test. Results Average positive rate was 1.94% in 11 varieties and 19 specification of cephalosporin antibiotic. Different varieties and specifications of the cephalosporin antibiotic had different positive rate. Patients whose skin test was negative had no adverse reactions. Conclusion Cephalosporins antibiotics skin test positive rate should not be ignored, the proposed method is 500 mu g/ml solution.
