品管圈活动在降低腔镜手术摄像系统故障发生率的应用

摘要

Objective QCC in operation can reduce the incidence rate of endoscopic camera system fault. Methods To reduce the endoscopic surgical camera system failure rate of the theme, in accordance with the QC circle activities ten steps to improve, collections of tube circle activity before and after endoscopic surgery doctor of surgery with the nurse's satisfaction questionnaire and use SPSS 17.0 data analysis, through the problem to improve the quality of work, improve customer satisfaction. Results camera system fault occurrence by 19.67 times/month improvement to the former reduced to improve after 7 times/month, a decrease of 64.41%, the target standard rate 113.13%, endoscopic surgeon of operation with the satisfaction of nurses is greatly improved. Conclusion Through the tube circle activity before and after the camera system failure rates of contrast, efficient implementation of countermeasures, construction of endoscopic equipment fault processing, standard operating procedures, can effectively improve the work effciency and the satisfaction of the doctor.But for laparoscopic surgery camera system fault of other reasons remains to be discovered, circle activities in continuous improvement in the tube in the future.%目的：品管圈活动在降低腔镜手术摄像系统故障的发生率。方法针对降低腔镜手术摄像系统故障发生率这一主题，按照品管圈活动十大步骤进行问题的改善，收集品管圈活动前后腔镜手术医师对手术配合护士的满意度调查表并使用SPSS 17.0进行数据分析，通过问题改善提高工作质量，提升满意度。结果摄像系统故障发生次数由改善前的19.67次/月降低到改善后的7次/月，下降幅度64.41%，目标达标率113.13%，腔镜手术医师对手术配合护士的满意度大大提高。结论通过品管圈活动前后摄像系统故障发生率的对比，实施对策有效，构建腔镜设备故障处理流程、规范操作流程，可有效地提高工作效率和医生满意度。但对腔镜手术摄像系统故障的其他原因还有待发觉，将在以后的品管圈活动中进行持续改进。
