优质护理干预在呼吸衰竭护理中的临床效果观察

摘要

目的：探讨护理干预在呼吸衰竭患者护理中的临床效果。方法随机将我院80例呼吸衰竭患者平均分为两组。对照组行常规呼吸内科护理，观察组行优质护理干预，比较两组护理效果。结果观察组总有效率、血氧分压（PaO2）、及心率等指标改善程度优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论采用优质护理干预可以有效改善患者临床症状。%Objective To explore the nursing intervention in patients with respiratory failure in clinical application value. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups randomly. The control group used normal breathing internal medicine nursing, the observation group used the high quality nursing intervention, compared two groups of nursing. Results The effective rate, blood oxygen partial pressure (PaO2), and heart rate of the observation group were significantly better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The high quality nursing intervention can improve clinical symptoms effectively in patients, is worth popularizing.
