全麻和腰硬联合麻醉用于髋关节置换术的临床效果

摘要

Objective To explore the application of general anesthesia in the hip replacement and the clinical effect of waist hard joint anesthesia. Methods 40 patients underwent hip replacement as the research object from November 2012 to January 2014, 40 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group performed tracheal intubation anesthesia, observation group waist hard joint anesthesia, compare the anesthesia effect of two groups of patients. Results Two groups of patients in drug dose, work time, block completely on time, waking time comparison, the observation group were better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion In the hip replacement with waist hard joint anesthesia has good clinical effect.%目的：探讨在髋关节置换术中应用全麻和腰硬联合麻醉的临床效果。方法选取我院2012年11月～2014年1月收治的40例行髋关节置换术的患者为研究对象，40例患者随机均分为观察组和对照组，对照组行气管插管全麻，观察组行腰硬联合麻醉，比较两组患者的麻醉效果。结果两组患者在药物剂量、起效时间、阻滞完全时间、苏醒时间上比较，观察组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在髋关节置换术中采用腰硬联合麻醉具有较好的临床效果。
