尿毒症患者血液透析诱导期的护理意义及效果分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the significance and effect of hemodialysis in the induction period. Methods 100 cases of uremic patients treated in our hospital from February 2013 to February 2015 were studied. All patients were treated with routine nursing care, and the effect of the 2 groups was observed. Results After nursing, the SCL-90 score was signiifcantly lower than that before nursing, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing effect of hemodialysis in patients with uremia is remarkable.%目的：探讨尿毒症患者血液透析诱导期的护理意义及效果。方法选取我院2013年2月～2015年2月收治的100例尿毒症患者为研究对象，所有患者均在常规护理的基础上进行诱导期护理，观察比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后的SCL-90评分低于护理前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论尿毒症患者血液透析诱导期的护理效果较好。
