小剂量利妥昔单抗联合地塞米松对成人持续性ITP的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of low-dose rituximab and dexamethasone in adult persistent ITP. Methods The 63 cases of adult persistent ITP patients randomized divided into two groups, observation group received low-dose rituximab combined with dexamethasone treatment, the control group received only dexamethasone treatment, compared the two groups. Results Total effective in observation group was higher than control group (P<0.05), there was no signiifcant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05). Conclusion The low-dose rituximab combined with dexamethasone in adult persistent ITP has exact effect, and no increase in adverse reactions.%目的：探讨小剂量利妥昔单抗联合地塞米松对成人持续性免疫性血小板减少（ITP）的治疗效果。方法将63例成人持续性ITP患者随机分组，观察组应用小剂量利妥昔单抗联合地塞米松治疗，对照组仅采取地塞米松治疗，评估两组疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05），不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论小剂量利妥昔单抗联合地塞米松对成人持续性ITP的疗效确切，且未增加不良反应。
