Objective To investigate the clinical effect of two different methods for the treatment of breast cancer. Methods 90 cases of breast cancer patients were selected, randomly divided into two groups, A group was treated by areolar incision, B group was treated underwent radial incision. Results The operation time and blood loss in A group were less than that in B group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The adverse reactions and postoperative complications of A group were significantly lower than the B group (P<0.05). In the observation group, the satisfaction of breast was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Through the areola of breast resection mammary gland ifbroma has the advantages of simple operation, safety, less complications and, to avoid the inlfuence on breast appearance, enhanced the beauty effect.%目的：探讨乳腺纤维瘤两种不同方法切除的临床效果。方法选取我院近3年收治的乳腺纤维瘤患者90例，随机分为两组。A组行经乳晕弧形切口，B组行经放射切口。结果 A组手术时间、术中出血量均少于B组（P＜0.05），两组住院时间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。A组术后不良反应及并发症发生率与B组相比降低（P＜0.05）。观察组末次回访乳房满意度较对照组增高（P＜0.01）。结论经乳晕切口切除乳腺纤维瘤具有操作简便、安全、并发症少等优点，避免了对乳房外观的影响，增强了美容效果。
