泌尿系统结石检查中B超诊断的应用价值评估

摘要

Objective Application value of B ultrasound in diagnosis of urinary tract calculi check.Methods Retrospective analyzed 100 cases of urinary calculi patients clinical data from April 2014 to April 2015, X-ray, B ultrasonic examination were taken respectively, compared two methods of diagnostic accuracy.Results The ultrasound diagnostic accuracy rate was 96.00%, the X-ray diagnostic accuracy was 79.00%, B ultrasonic examination was higher than X-ray, χ2=13.211,P＜0.05, was difference had statistically significance.Conclusion Urinary calculi by B ultrasonic diagnosis, not easily influenced by other factors, high safety, convenient operation, is easily accepted by patients.%目的 分析泌尿系统结石检查中B超诊断应用价值.方法 回顾性分析2014年4月～2015年4月100例泌尿系统结石患者的临床资料,分别采取X线检查、B超检查,对比两种诊断方法 准确率.结果 B超诊断准确率为96.00%,X线诊断准确率为79.00%,B超检查高于X线,χ2=13.211,P＜0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 对泌尿系统结石采取B超诊断,不易受其他因素影响,安全性高,操作方便,患者易接受.
