人性化护理在老年肝癌患者介入治疗围术期中的应用

摘要

目的：人性化护理在老年肝癌患者介入治疗围术期中的应用。方法选取在2014年5月～2015年5月我院收治的100例老年肝癌患者，分为观察组和对照组。观察组50例，对照组50例。其中，对照组选择常规的护理办法；观察组在常规护理方法之外，进行人性化护理方面的管理。最后，将观察组与对照组对患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组患者的住院环境、医护沟通、专科护理，以及病情观察方面的满意度均比对照组高；观察组患者术后并发症均比对照组患者低。研究结果表明，观察组患者使用人性化护理方案之后，效果明显。根据统计学原理，P＜0.05。结论在老年肝癌患者介入治疗围术期间，采用人性化护理方案进行治疗，使护理质量进一步提升。%Objective Humanization Nursing in the treatment of elderly patients with hepatocellular carcinoma Interventional perioperative applications.MethodsFrom May 2014 to May 2015, the hospital admitted 100 cases of liver cancer in elderly patients, divided into two groups and the control group, 50 cases in each group.
