放射性核素131碘治疗分化型甲状腺癌的护理措施分析

摘要

目的：探讨放射性核素131碘治疗分化型甲状腺癌的护理措施。方法将520例分化型甲状腺癌患者分为两组，对照组常规护理，观察组系统性护理。结果观察组并发症发生率、护理满意度均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论放射性核素131I治疗分化型甲状腺癌期间实施系统性护理效果显著。%Objective To study the radionuclide131 I treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer nursing measures.Methods 520 patients with differentiated thyroid carcinoma were divided into two groups, control group routine nursing, the observation group of systemic nursing.Results The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction observation group were better than control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Radionuclide131I treatment of differentiated thyroid cancer during the implementation of systemic nursing effect is remarkable.
