手术室护理对妇产科开腹手术切口感染预防的效果研究

摘要

目的：对手术室护理对妇产科开腹手术切口感染预防的效果进行分析研究。方法选取于2014年3月～2015年9月期间在我院接受开腹手术治疗的妇产科患者57例，根据手术室护理方式的不同将患者随机分为常规护理组（27例）和优质护理组（30例），观察并比较两组的护理效果。结果优质护理组患者切口甲级愈合率为66.7%（20/30），高于常规护理组的33.3%（9/27）；同时优质护理组患者的切口感染率为6.7%（2/30），低于常规护理组的25.9%（7/27），组间差异经t检验，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论手术室优质护理应用于妇产科开腹手术中具有显著效果，能提高手术效果，对预防切口感染以及促进切口愈合具有作用。%Objective To investigate operative nursing effect on prevention of laparotomy incision infection in Gynecology and Obstetrics.Methods 57 patients who are operated with laparotomy surgery in Gynecology and Obstetrics of hospital from March 2014 to September 2015 and separate them into Conventional Nursing Group (27 patients) and High-quality Nursing Group (30 patients) at random, and then compare nursing effects between two groups.Results Patients’ incision healing rate in High-quality Nursing Group is 66.7% (20/30), which is much higher than 33.3% (9/27) in Conventional Nursing Group; besides, patients’ incision infection rate in High-quality Nursing Group is 6.7% (2/30), which is much lower than 25.9% (7/27) in Conventional Nursing Group, there is a differential between two groups according to t-Check and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05).Conclusion Operative and high-quality nursing is conducive to prevention of laparotomy incision infection in Gynecology and Obstetrics and increasing surgery efifciency, which is quite signiifcant and important to prevent incision infection and promote incision recovery.
