评价红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯疗法与单用阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果

摘要

Objective To investigate thethe effect of erythrocin and azithromycin sequential therapy and azithromycin sequential single use in treatment of infantile mycoplasmalpenumoniae pneumonia.MethodsSelected 72 cases of childrenpneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, according to the different method of treatment, were divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 36 cases, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of children.ResultsTwo groups of children with different treatment, observation of treatment group total effective rate was higher than the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was less than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Erythromycin, azithromycin sequential therapy to treat infantile pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia has very good clinical effect.%目的：探讨红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯疗法与单用阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2014年1月～2015年1月在我院儿科治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的患儿72例，按照治疗方法的不同，分为观察组和对照组，各36例，比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果两组患儿采用不同的治疗方法，观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组，其治疗后的不良反应发生率小于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论红霉素、阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎具有好的临床效果。
