右美托咪定复合丙泊酚用于无痛肠镜检查的临床效果及安全性

摘要

目的：探析右美托咪定复合丙泊酚用于无痛肠镜检查的效果及安全性。方法选取50例无痛肠镜检查患者，随机分为实验组（给予右美托咪定与丙泊酚复合麻醉）和对照组（单独采用丙泊酚静脉注射麻醉），对比分析检查各时点相关情况及不良反应。结果两组检查前RR、HR、MAP以及SpO2等指标对比，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。实验组在T 1、T 2、T 3各时点以上指标水平对比，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。但对照组T 1、T 2、T 3各时点以上指标水平对比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。实验组不良反应发生率为40%，低于对照组60%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论无痛肠镜检查中采用右美托咪啶与丙泊酚联合麻醉效果良好，安全性好。%ObjectiveAnalysis the effect of dexmedetomidine given propofol for painless colonoscopy and security.Methods Selected 50 cases of painless colonoscopy were randomly divided into the experimental group (administered dexmedetomidine given propofol combined anesthesia )and the control group (alone propofol intravenous anesthesia), comparative analysis and inspection related to each point and adverse reactions.Results Check the index difference between the two groups before RR, HR, MAP and SpO2,P>0.05, had no difference statistically significance, the experimental group at T1, T2, T3 each point above the target level difference, P>0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance, but the control group T1, T2, T3 each time point above indicators level difference,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Adverse reactions in the experimental group was 40 percent lower than the control group was 60%, comparison between the two groups,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance Conclusion Painless colonoscopy using the right dexmedetomidine and propofol anesthesia effect is good, security is good.
