浅谈老年冠心病患者的护理

摘要

目的：分析老年冠心病患者的发病原因，总结合理有效的护理方法，提升患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院2010年5月～2013年10月120例老年冠心病患者，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例，对照组采取常规护理方法，观察组采取综合性护理方法，然后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗效果（总有效率为91.8%）优于对照组（总有效率为72.1%）。结论采取综合性的护理方法，将有利于提升患者的治疗效果和生活质量。%Objective Analysis of causes of coronary heart disease in elderly patients, summed reasonable and effective methods of care, improve patient outcomes.MethodsOur hospital in May 2010 to October 2013, 120 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 60 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing observation group take comprehensive care methods, and then compare treatment of two groups of patients.Results Treatment of patients in the observation group (total effective rate of 91.8%) was signiifcantly better than the control group (total effective rate of 72.1%).Conclusion Take an integrated care approach will help enhance the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients.
