半髋关节与全髋关节治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效观察

摘要

Objective Observation half hip and total hip treatment of femoral neck fractures.Methods Retrospectively selected in May 2010 to May 2015 our hospital clinical data 97 cases of femoral neck fractures were grouped according to different methods of treatment, study group 52 patients were treated with total hip treatment, the control group of 45 patients were treated with half hip treatment, efficacy and complications between the two groups.Results Study patients recovery of hip function than the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), the probability of complications was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Efifcacy of total hip femoral neck fracture treatment than half of the hip is more signiifcant is good.%目的：观察半髋关节和全髋关节治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法回顾性选择2010年5月～2015年5月本院收治97例老年股骨颈骨折患者临床资料，按照治疗时不同方法分组，研究组52例患者采用全髋关节治疗，对照组45例患者采用半髋关节治疗，比较两组疗效及并发症。结果研究组患者髋关节功能恢复情况明显优于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），并发症发生几率明显低于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论全髋关节治疗老年股骨颈骨折的疗效较半髋关节更为显著良好。
