改良根治术治疗乳腺癌80例临床分析

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical treatment effect of breast cancer treated by modiifed radical mastectomy.Methods 80 cases of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group. The control group used traditional radical surgery, while observation group used modified radical mastectomy. Results The incidence of complications in observation group was 10.0%, signiifcantly lower than the control group (25.0%),P<0.05, the survival rate 1 year after treatment of two groups were respectively 95.0% and 97.5%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The modiifed radical mastectomy is feasible for Phase I andⅡ breast cancer, with a good appearance after surgery, fewer complications, no signiifcant difference in survival rate, and it improved quality of life.%目的：探讨改良根治术对于乳腺癌患者的临床治疗效果。方法80例接受治疗的乳腺癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组患者采取传统根治术进行治疗，观察组采用改良根治术进行救治。对比观察两组患者的并发症发生情况及治疗后的存活率情况。结果观察组患者的并发症发生率为10.0%，低于对照组患者25.0%的并发症发生率，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后1年内的生存率为分别为对照组95.0%、观察组97.5%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论采用改良根治术治疗I、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者是可行的，术后外观保持良好，且患者并发症明显较少，无明显生存率差异，生活质量提高。
