米非司酮与5-Fu联合治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

摘要

目的：探讨米非司酮联合5-氟尿嘧啶（5-Fu）治疗异位妊娠患者的效果。方法选取异位妊娠患者共92例作为研究对象，随机数字表法分为观察组以及对照组各46例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗，观察组给予5-Fu联合米非司酮治疗，观察两组患者治疗效果以及不良反应。结果观察组患者治愈42例、无效4例，治愈率91.3%；对照组患者治愈36例、无效10例，治愈率85.7%。观察组治愈率高于对照组，两者相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），两组并发症发生率相比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论米非司酮联合5-Fu联合治疗异位妊娠患者有着良好的临床效果，适用于保守治疗的异位妊娠患者。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with 5- (5-Fu) in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy. MethodsA total of 92 patients with ectopic pregnancy were selected as the research object, the random number table method was divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases in each group. The control group was treated with methotrexate and mifepristone, the observation group was treated with 5-Fu combined with mifepristone, and the treatment effect in the two groups.Results The observation group of patients cured 42 cases, invalid 4 cases, the cure rate was 91.3%, the control group of patients cured 36 cases, invalid 10 cases, the cure rate was 85.7%. The cure rate of the observation group was signiifcantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone Combined with 5-Fu in treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy has good clinical effect, suitable for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
