消化内科上消化道出血临床治疗要点探讨

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical treatment of digestive tract hemorrhage in the digestive tract.Methods 80 cases of upper digestive tract hemorrhage in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2014 were selected as the research object. The clinical data of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results 80 cases of patients, the main clinical symptoms mainly hematemesis, melena, hypotension and shock, after treatment, 25 cases were cured, 20 cases were markedly effective, effective in 33 cases, after the rescue invalid death in 2 cases.Conclusion Upper digestive tract hemorrhage clinical symptoms mainly hematemesis, melena, major crowd onset of the disease for the elderly, once found the disease should be timely medical treatment.%目的：探究消化内科上消化道出血的临床治疗要点。方法选取我院2011年2月～2014年2月收治的上消化道出血患者80例为研究对象回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果在80例患者中，主要的临床症状主要为呕血、黑便、低血压以及休克等，经治疗，治愈25例，显效20例，有效33例，经抢救无效死亡2例。结论上消化道出血的临床症状主要为呕血、黑便等，此病的主要发病人群为老年人，我们需加强消化性出血的防治，探究消化道出血的原因，对此并采取一定的预防措施，一旦发现此病应及时就医。
