股骨近端锁定加压钛板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect and complications of the treatment of Femoral intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients with Locking compression plate.Methods From October 2010 to May 2014, 37 cases of intertrochanteric fracture were treated with the Locking compression plate, and the clinical efficacy and complications were evaluated.Results All the patients were followed up for 24 to 8 months, with an average of 14.9 months. According to Dong Jiyuan efficacy score, Result: excellent in 23 cases. Good in 10 cases, 4 cases. Excellent rate 89.2%. No delayed union and nonunion of fracture. No infection and internal fixation failure and other complications.ConclusionThe locking compression plate of proximal femur in the treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture has the advantages of reliable ifxation, satisfactory effect, less trauma, less complications, etc.%目的：观察应用股骨近端锁定钛板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的手术疗效及并发症发生情况。方法2010年10月～2014年5月采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折37例，对手术疗效及并发症情况进行评价分析。结果所有患者随访8～24个月，平均14.9个月。按董纪元疗效评分，优23例。良10例，可4例。优良率89.2％。均无骨折延迟愈合及不愈合。无感染及内固定失败等并发症。结论股骨近端锁定加压钛板治疗股骨粗隆间骨折固定可靠、创伤小、疗效满意、并发症少。
