目的：观察胃萎康胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床疗效并作分析探讨。方法将80例患者随机分为两组。治疗组40例给予胃萎康胶囊，对照组给予猴头菌片，疗程6个月，观察患者治疗前后临床症状、胃镜检查、病理改变的情况，比较疗效差异。结果治疗组和对照组的临床总有效率分别为95%和56.7%，胃镜及病理组织学检查总有效率分别为82.5%和50%及80%和47.5%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论胃萎康胶囊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变有较好疗效。%Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Weiweikang capsule in the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with Weiweikang capsule, the others in the control group were treated with Hericium erinaceus tablet, observed and compared the differences before and after a six months period treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, gastroscopy and pathological changes in efficacy.Results The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 56.7% in the control group, the total effective rate was 82.5% and 50%, 80% and 47.5% respectively, and the difference between the two groups was signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Weiweikang capsule in the treatment of precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis has good treatment effect.
