C反应蛋白、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比与急性阑尾炎病理类型关系

摘要

目的：观察C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞计数（WBC）、中性粒细胞百分比（Neu%）对于急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性总结我院收治的186例急性阑尾炎患者CRP、WBC及Neu%检测结果并行相关性分析。结果随着急性阑尾炎病理程度的恶化，CRP、WBC及Neu%均明显升高（P＜0.05）。结论 CRP、WBC及Neu%与急性阑尾炎病理类型存在相关性。%Objective To analyze the relation between the CRP, WBC and Neu% and pathologic type of acute appendicitis.Methods A retrospective summary of CRP, WBC and Neu% test results for 186 patients with acute appendicitis, and carried on the correlation analysis.Results With the worsening pathological degree of acute appendicitis, CRP, WBC and Neu% were significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusion The CRP, WBC and Neu% have certain relation to the pathological types of appendicitis.
