集束化护理预防重症患儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果

摘要

Objective To analysis the effect of nursing care on the ventilator associated pneumonia in children with severe pneumonia.MethodsSelected 120 cases of children with severe illness in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the conventional group. The improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups was compared.Results The time of mechanical ventilation, the time of artiifcial airway, the full compliance of medication and the quality of life in the observation group were due to the routine group.Conclusion Intensive nursing care for children with severe pediatric intensive care unit can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children.%目的：分析集束化护理预防重症患儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果。方法选取本院儿科重症监护室收治的120例重症患儿，分为观察组以及常规组，观察组进行集束化护理，常规组使用常规护理干预。比较两组临床症状的改善情况。结果观察组机械通气时间、人工气道留置时间、用药完全依从性以及生命质量评分等方面均优于常规组患儿。结论对儿科重症监护室重症患儿开展针对性强的集束化护理，可以有效的改善患儿的临床症状。
