子宫内膜异位症行腹腔镜手术治疗的临床观察

摘要

目的：对比子宫内膜异位症采用传统开腹手术与腹腔镜手术进行治疗的效果。方法对我院2013年1月～2015年1月收治的80例子宫内膜异位症患者，观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗，对照组采用传统手术治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组与对照组的肛门排气时间、尿管留置时间、拆线时间、住院天数对比，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；观察组与对照组妊娠率分别为62.5%、37.5%，观察组妊娠率较高，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论子宫内膜异位症患者采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗，可获得较为理想的效果，加快疾病痊愈速度。%Objective Compared with endometriosis with traditional laparotomy laparoscopic surgery treatment effect.Methods Selected 80 examples of intrauterine membrane in patients with endometriosis from January 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital, the observation group treated with laparoscopic surgery, the control group with traditional surgery treatment, compared with the treatment effect of two groups,Results The observation group and the control group with anal exhaust time, urine tube indwelling time, remove the time, hospitalization days has obvious,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance, the observation group and control group in a pregnancy rate was 62.5% and 37.5%, the observe group pregnancy rate was higher,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Endometriosis treated by laparoscopic surgery treatment can obtain ideal effect, speed up the patients disease recovery.
