化痰逐瘀汤在缺血性脑卒中二级预防中的应用效果

摘要

目的：探讨在缺血性脑卒中二级预防中应用化痰逐瘀汤的效果，以丰富临床经验。方法选取2014年4月～2015年4月在我院收治的缺血性脑中卒患者88例，根据入院治疗顺序随机分成对照组与观察组，各44例，对照组给予常规疗法治疗，观察组则在常规疗法的基础上联合化痰逐瘀汤予以治疗。统计两组的临床疗效，并进行对比。结果观察组的治疗总体有效率优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义；观察组的平均住院时间以及平均医疗费用均低于对照组，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论在缺血性脑卒中二级预防中应用化痰逐瘀汤具有良好的疗效，缩短了住院时间，且减少了医疗费用。%Objective To explore the effect of the application phlegm stasis soup in the secondary prevention of ischemic stroke, and extensive clinical experience.Methods Selected 88 cases with ischemic brain stroke from April 2014 to April 2015 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases in each group. The control group was received conventional therapy, the treatment group was received joint phlegm stasis soup to be treated on the basis of conventional therapy. After treatment, satisifed and compared the clinical efifcacy of the two groups.Results The treatment group was better than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance, the average length of stay and average medical costs in the observation group were lower than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The secondary prevention of ischemic stroke application phlegm stasis soup has a good effect, shorten hospital stays and reduce health care costs.
