中医预防保健社区人才培养模式探索与实践

摘要

近年来，具有中国特色的社区中医药服务事业得到较快发展，但中医药特色服务的发挥，人才培养是关键。上海中医药大学附属曙光医院治未病中心（以下简称：治未病中心），经过8年多的试点和实践，中医治未病服务建设进行了积极的探索，已取得初步成效，在全国治未病健康服务中起着示范和引领作用。本文将介绍我们对社区中医预防保健人才培养中的经验。%Nowadays, with the rapid development of community medicine service industry in China, the cultivation of talents plays a key role. The Health Administration Center of Shanghai Shuguang Hospital (follow:the center) has been made a successful exploration on the construction of Chinese medicine treatment, for which it became the model and leader nationally, through 8 years practice. In this paper, we will introduce our experience in the training of community health care professionals.
