针灸结合康复训练治疗脑卒中患者的临床疗效分析

Objective Analysis the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment for cerebral apoplexy. Methods To choose from June 2013 to June 2015 received 124 cases of patients with cerebral apoplexy. Randomly divided into research group and the control group. All routine treatment. In addition, the team with "acupuncture plus rehabilitation training", and the control group only rehabilitation training. Compared to observe the curative effect of two groups. Results The team efficient as high as 95.16%. The control effective rate was 77.42%, significantly lower than group (P<0.05). Look from the ADL scores, scores of the two groups before treatment, not statistically significant (P>0.05). Team ADL scores after treatment for (76.24±8.72), significantly higher than that of control group (60.15±9.26). Compared the two groups, the difference statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the rehabilitation training of patients with cerebral apoplexy with acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, can improve the immune function of the patient's own body, prompting them to recover at an early date.%目的：探析针灸结合康复训练治疗脑卒中的效果。方法选取我院2013年6月～2015年6月接收的脑卒中患者124例。随机分为研究组与对照组。研究组辅以“针灸+康复训练”，对照组仅康复训练。对比两组的疗效。结果研究组有效率95.16%，高于对照组有效率为77.42%（P ＜0.05）。从 ADL 评分上看，治疗前两组评分表现出来的差异性，不具有统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。治疗后研究组的 ADL 评分（76.24±8.72）分，显著高于对照组的（60.15±9.26）分。差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论在脑卒中患者的康复训练中辅以针灸治疗，能提高患者自身机体免疫功能，促使早日恢复健康。
