应用张缙教授音乐电针治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of music electro-acupuncture treatment for vertebra-basilar arterial insufficiency vertigo patients. Methods 116 cases of vertebra-basilar arterial insufifciency vertigo patients were randomly divide into a treatment group 58 cases of music electro-acupuncture treatment, and a control group 58 cases of pulse current acupuncture treatment. After treatment (14 days) , observe the clinically curative effect. Results 116 patients were cured in 19 cases, 44 cases had marked effect, effectively and 39 cases, 14 cases of invalid. (P<0.05). Conclusion Music electro-acupuncture treatment can signiifcantly improve vertebra-basilar arterial insufifciency vertigo patients.%目的：观察音乐电针疗法对椎-基底动脉供血不足型眩晕症患者的影响。方法在门诊患者中选择符合纳入标准的眩晕病例116例，随机分组后治疗组58例以毫针针刺双侧颈夹脊、双侧风池，刺毕连接音乐电针。对照组58例针刺相同腧穴后，连接脉冲电针。完成一个观察周期的治疗（14天），评定症状改善情况。结果116例患者中治愈19例，显效44例，有效39例，无效14例，两组临床疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用音乐电针疗法针刺双侧颈夹脊、风池穴对椎-基底动脉供血不足眩晕有较好临床疗效，为临床上音乐电针疗法改善眩晕提供了循证医学依据，突显了音乐电针疗法的实用性和科学性。
